Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our print partner's facilities in Latvia, Spain, the UK and the USA. Your order is printed at the facility closest to you. We currently cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, the Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea or Ecuador.

Production time

Every item is made to order. Printing and packing usually take 2–5 business days (weekends and holidays don't count).

Delivery time after production (estimates, standard shipping)

- EU: usually 5–10 business days, up to 20 in peak season
- UK: about 3–7 business days
- USA: about 3–4 business days
- Rest of world: 5–20 business days
Express shipping (1–3 business days after production) may be offered at checkout for some destinations.

Total estimated delivery = production + shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays happen, especially in December.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the number of items.

Ordering for Christmas?

Because every item is made to order and December is peak season for carriers, please order as early as possible if you need your parcel before the holidays.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Customs & duties

Orders within the EU have no customs fees. UK orders ship with duties prepaid where available. For other countries, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
